Licensed Acupuncturist with over 13 years of experience in private practice. She specializes in Stress Relief, Mental/Emotional Health, and Women’s Health, using a holistic, multi-faceted approach.

With a BS in Nutrition and a Master’s in Oriental Medicine, Natalie also brings a background in music therapy, and is certified in Reflexology (Ingham method), HeartMath, the Tomatis Method, and the NADA ear acupuncture protocol. She integrates Chinese medicine, energy and frequency healing, reflexology, vibrational theory, and happiness science to support the mind-body connection.

A former homeschool parent and community organizer, Natalie now focuses on educating and empowering women through social media, online courses, and personalized wellness coaching.

This is a one-on-one session, approximately 60 minutes, where we’ll go through a comprehensive Chinese Medicine intake, covering physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. You’ll receive personalized recommendations tailored to your unique constitution, including food, herbs, supplements, lifestyle shifts, and at-home healing tools.

2. Is this a treatment session?
No, this session is a consultation and does not include acupuncture or hands-on treatment. It’s designed to give you a roadmap for healing and support between in-person or virtual treatments.

3. Who is this session for?
This session is ideal for anyone looking for holistic guidance—especially women navigating stress, hormonal shifts, emotional overwhelm, or seeking more balance in daily life.

4. Can I do this if I’m new to Chinese Medicine?
Absolutely! You don’t need any prior experience. Everything will be explained in simple, easy-to-understand language, and you’ll leave with practical tools you can use right away.

5. Will I get a written summary or plan?
Yes. After the session, you’ll receive a written summary of your personalized recommendations, including any herbs, supplements, or at-home therapies we discussed. Please allow up to 48 hours for your customized plan to be delivered via email.

6. Can this help with emotional or mental health issues like anxiety or burnout?
Yes! Emotional well-being is a core focus of this session. You’ll receive support and guidance for regulating emotions, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting to your body’s natural rhythms.

7. Do I need to be local to work with you?
Nope! This session is held virtually, so you can join from anywhere in the world.

8. How do I prepare for the session?
Once you book, I’ll email you an intake form to complete. Please fill it out and send it back at least one day before your appointment so I can review it and make the most of our time together. Be sure to find a quiet, comfortable space for the session and have any questions or health goals ready.
